The owners of Mountain View Guesthouse (Malcolm and Meao) are proud of the efforts that they are making towards preserving the environment and supporting the local community. In an effort to conserve energy, they have installed solar lights around the gardens and the garden is irrigated with recycled water. As well as these environmental measures, they also work with the local community and have supported the local village school (which their son also attends) with various sports activities. They employ local staff and take great interest in their professional development providing extensive hospitality training to enhance their skills for the future.
